I always take a lot of posed pictures when I'm photographing a family, but what I'm really hoping to capture are the real moments like these.

And more family beach shots . . . My camera and I were a little busy this weekend! These were taken at the Edmonds waterfront on yet another gorgeous Pacific Northwest fall evening.

Had a little photo shoot with my kids in Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. They do not like posing for pictures but this night they were reasonably cooperative. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Playing around with storyboards tonight. These are so fun! I really need to make some for my own kids . . .
